This website has no forms or user accounts. We only process your personal data when you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or social media (for example, your name, contact details and the content of your message) and, if you accept analytics cookies, pseudonymised browsing data such as the pages you visit, your device type or approximate location.

Handling your enquiries and requests (for example, an order or a table booking) — legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to you and, where applicable, taking pre-contractual steps at your request. Website analytics — legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We won't send you marketing communications without your explicit consent.

Enquiries: as long as needed to deal with them and at most 12 months afterwards. Analytics data: up to 14 months. Cookie preferences: 6 months, after which we'll ask you again.

To provide our services we use providers that process data on our behalf under data processing agreements: Vercel (website hosting), Microsoft (email) and, if you consent, Google (Google Analytics). If you contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp, those platforms process your data under their own policies. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases appropriate safeguards apply, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, request its erasure, restrict or object to its processing, request its portability and withdraw your consent at any time.
